Client Care Coordinators

Lynnwood Animal Hospital is currently seeking a full-time Client Care Coordinator to join our growing team!

We are seeking a motivated individual who is looking for long-term and stable employment with an independently owned, established veterinary practice in Lynnwood, Wash. This individual must be committed to providing excellent customer service, and have the ability to perform the duties necessary to support the clinic and our team of veterinarians. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, reliable, self-starting, and genuinely care and be concerned for our patients’ well-being. They must be self-motivated and take direction on tasks that can be completed timely with or without supervision. Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual!

Qualifications

  • Have previous experience in customer service (previous veterinary industry a plus, but not required)
  • Be detail oriented and enjoy a fast-paced work environment
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a fast, efficient learner
  • Exhibit dedication to team and patient care
